CHAP. 85.— An Act granting a pension to Robert S. Goodall.Feb. 26, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert S. Goodall, pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Robert S. Goodall, late first-class pilot in the United States Navy, in the Mississippi squadron, on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws. Approved, February 26, 1881.
