CHAP. 79.— An Act for the relief of Cyrus B. Ingham, of the Territory of Dakota, Harvey Bryant and Guilford A. Wood, of Kansas, and Richard Parker, of Minnesota, James H. Pinkerton, of Colorado, and Ed. G. Wright, of Kansas.May 3, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Right to homestead restored to—Cyrus B. Ingham;Harvey Bryant;GUilford A.Wood;Richard Parker;James H. Pinkerton, andEd. G. Wright.Proviso.
That the right to homestead preemption and timber culture entry, upon public lands, subject thereto, is hereby restored to Cyrus B. Ingham of the Territory of Dakota, Harvey Bryant and Guilford A. Wood of Kansas, and Bichard Parker of Minnesota, James H. Pinkerton of Colorado, and Ed. G. Wright of Kansas, as fully as though they had not heretofore made any one or all of such entries, and had abandoned the same or for any cause they have been unable to perfect their title thereto: *Provided,* That this act shall not be so construed as to enable any of said parties to procure title to laud, either as a homestead preemption or timber culture claim in excess of what is fixed and provided by law.
