CHAP. 64.— An Act granting an increase of pension to James M. Boreland.April 23, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James M. Bore-land.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of James M. Boreland, late a private in Company C, Ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Reserve Corps, so that he shall be entitled to receive the rate allowed by existing laws to those wholly disabled while in the service of the United States. Approved, April 23, 1880.
