CHAP. 62.— An Act granting a pension to Melissa Wagner.April 23, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Melissa Wagner. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized andPension. directed to place upon the pension-roll of the United States, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Melissa Wagner, widow of Jacob F. Wagner, late a private in Company B, Sixty-seventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, who died from the effects of wounds received in action and in the line of duty. Approved, April 23, 1880.
