CHAP. 55.— An Act to change the name of the steamer “J. H. Kelly” to “John Thorn”April 16, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Steamer “ John Thorn.” That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to change the name of the steamer “J. H. Kelly”, of Clayton, New York, to “John Thom”, by which name said steamer may be licensed and known. Approved, April 16, 1880.
