CHAP. 54.— An Act granting a pension to Dalton Hinchman.Feb. 15, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Dalton Hinch-man, pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Dalton Hinchman, late a private in Company G, Second Michigan Cavalry. Approved, February 15, 1881.
