CHAP. 53.— An Act donating six condemned cannon and cannon-balls to Post Number Sixty-six, Grand Army of the Republic, of Muncy, Pennsylvania, for monumental purposes.April 16, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Post No. 66, Grand Army of the Republic, of Muncy, Pa.Condemned cannon and balls for a monument. That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, authorized to deliver, if the same can be done without detriment to the government, to Post Number Sixty-six, Grand Army of the Republic, of Muncy, Pennsylvania, six condemned cannon and cannonballs, to be used in ornamenting a monument erected in honor of the deceased soldiers of said Muncy, Pennsylvania.
