CHAP. 52.— An Act granting a pension to William H. Scribner.Feb. 15, 1881. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William H. Scribner, {tension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of William H. Scribner, late a private in Company E, of the Third Regiment of New York Cavalry Volunteers. Approved, February 15, 1881.
