CHAP. 210.— An Act authorizing the changing the name of the sloop-yacht America.June 14, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sloop-yacht America. That the Secretary of the Treas ury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to allow the owner of the sloop-yacht America, a vessel of American ownership and license, to change her name; and that said vessel be hereafter known as the Kelpie. Approved, June 14, 1880.
