CHAP. 204.— An Act authorizing the City National Bank, of Manchester, New Hampshire, to change its name.June 11, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,City National Bank of Manchester, N. II.Change of its name, That the name of the City National Bank, located in Manchester, in the county of Hillsberough, and State of New Hampshire, shall lie changed to the Merchants’ National Bank, of Manchester, whenever the beard of directors of said bank shall accept the new name by resolution of the beard, and cause a copy of said resolution, duly authenticated, to be tiled with the Comptroller of the *Proviso*.Currency; *Provided*, That such acceptance be made within six months after the passage of this act; and that all expense incident to such change, including engraving, shall be berne and paid by said bank.
Sec. 2. That all debts, demands, liabilities, rights, privileges, and powers of the City National Bank, of Manchester, New Hampshire, shall devolve upon and inure to the Merchants’ National Bank, of Manchester, New Hampshire, whenever such change of name is effected. Approved, June 11, 1880.
