CHAP. 200.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of Abner Smead of Oregon.June 10, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, {two thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Abner Smead.Political disabilities removed. That all disabilities imposed upon Abner Smead of Oregon by the third section of the fourteenth article of the amendments to the Constitution of the United States be, and the same are hereby removed Approved, June 10, 1880. FORTY-SIXTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Cn. 201, 202, 215-218. 1880.
