CHAP. 151.— An Act to remove the disabilities of Sergeant P. P. Powell, Sixth Regiment United States Cavalry.June 8, 1880. Whereas, Sergeant P. P. Powell, Sixth Regiment United States Cavalry Sergeant P. P.Powell.Preamble.has served faithfully as a private soldier and non-commissioned officer in the Army of the United States since October twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and seventy-five; and Whereas he is debarred from all hope of promotion by the provisions of section twelve hundred and eighteen of the RevisedR.
S. 1218. Statutes: Therefore, *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*Disabilities removed., That his disabilities under said section be and they are hereby removed. Approved, June 8, 1880.
