CHAP. 112.— An Act granting an increase of pension to James P. Sayer.May 28, 1880. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James P. Sayer.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed, front and after the passage of this act, to carry upon the pension rolls the name of James P. Sayer, late of Company C, One hundred and fortieth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, May 28, 1880.
