## SEC. 5107 ANTI-PIRACY INFORMATION SHARING **[**[22 U.S.C. 263c](/us/usc/t22/s263c)**]** The Secretary is authorized to provide for the participation by the United States in the Information Sharing Centre located in Singapore, as established by the Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia (ReCAAP).
