## SEC. 1221 EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO TRANSFER DEFENSE ARTICLES AND PROVIDE DEFENSE SERVICES TO THE MILITARY AND SECURITY FORCES OF AFGHANISTAN ###
(a)Extension Subsection
(h)of section 1222 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112- 239; 126 Stat. 1992), as most recently amended by section 1211 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 131 Stat. 1648), is further amended by striking “December 31, 2018” and inserting “December 31, 2020”. ###
(b)Excess Defense Articles Subsection (i)(2) of such section 1222, as so amended, is further amended by striking “December 31, 2018,” each place it appears and inserting “December 31, 2020”.
