## SEC. 305.3 SUNSET DATES ###

(c)Previous Sunset Provision ####

(1)In general **[**[21 U.S.C. 379j-41 note](/us/usc/t21/s379j-41)**]** Effective October 1, 2017, section 304 of the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act (Public Law 112-144) is repealed. ####

(2)Conforming amendment The Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act (Public Law 112-144) is amended in the table of contents in section 2 by striking the item relating to section 304. 3Effective October 1, 2022, subsections

(a)and

(b)of section 305 were repealed by section 3004(c) of division F of Public Law 117–180
