## SEC. 53118 INCREASING EFFICIENCY OF PRISON DATA REPORTING ###

(a)In General Section 1611(e)(1)(I)(i)(II) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1382(e)(1)(I)(i)(II)) is amended by striking “30 days” each place it appears and inserting “15 days”. ###

(b)Effective Date **[**[42 U.S.C. 1382 note](/us/usc/t42/s1382)**]** The amendments made by subsection

(a)shall apply with respect to any payment made by the Commissioner of Social Security pursuant to section 1611(e)(1)(I)(i)(II) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1382(e)(1)(I)(i)(II)) (as amended by such subsection) on or after the date that is 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act.
