## SEC. 27.1 SHIP SHOAL LIGHTHOUSE TRANSFER Notwithstanding another law, the Secretary of Transportation shall transfer without consideration to the city of Benvick, Louisiana, all rights, title, and interest of the United States in the aid to navigation structure known as the Ship Shoal Lighthouse, Louisiana. * * * * * * * 1Effective January 1, 2021, section 27 is repealed by section 809 of Public Law 115–282.
