## SEC. 1103 FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS Section 106(k) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking paragraph (1)(E) and inserting the following: > > ##### “(E) > > $9,909,724,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 and 2017.” > ; and ####

(2)in paragraph

(3)by striking “fiscal years 2012 through 2015” and all that follows through “July 15, 2016,” and inserting “fiscal years 2012 through 2017,”.
