## SEC. 320927 EXEMPTION FROM BRADY BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENT OF RETURN OF HANDGUN TO OWNER Section 922(s)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended in the first sentence by inserting “(other than the return of a handgun to the person from whom it was received)” after “handgun”.
