## SEC. 1613 RETURN OF RECOVERING SERVICE MEMBERS TO ACTIVE DUTY IN THE ARMED FORCES **[**[10 U.S.C. 1071 note](/us/usc/t10/s1071)**]** The Secretary of Defense shall establish standards for determinations by the military departments on the return of recovering service members to active duty in the Armed Forces.
