43-21-6. Plats of governmental acquisitions filed with director of equalization.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 43-21-5 , copies of plats filed in accordance therewith shall be furnished to the director of equalization in each county wherein such plat is to be filed within ten days after such filing.
