Any licensee performing services authorized by §§ 36-21A-119 to 36-21A-150 , inclusive, is limited to the following relationships:
(1)Single agent:
(a)Seller/landlord agent;
(b)Buyer/tenant agent;
(2)Limited agent;
(3)Subagent; and
(4)Transaction broker.
