31-4-7. Hearing on change--Notice, publication, and contents--Right to appear.

Before any change is made in the state trunk highway system, the Transportation Commission shall fix a time and place for hearing, and give notice of the hearing in all legal weekly newspapers in each of the counties in which any part or portion of the change, addition, relocation, or alteration of the trunk highway system is proposed, for two successive weeks. The last publication shall be at least ten days prior to the date set for hearing. The notice shall state the proposed change, addition, relocation, or alteration of the trunk highway system, and the time and place of the hearing.
Any person interested may appear at the hearing for or in opposition to the proposed change, addition, relocation, or alteration.
