NOAA and DOI will be accepting oral comments during the meeting; written comments may be submitted in advance using the information in the ADDRESSES section. Advanced registration is required to attend; please register online at *http://www.drna.pr.gov/51uscrtfm-2025/51uscrtfm-2025-registration/.* Written comments must be received before 8 a.m. ET on Friday, May 1, 2026.
