SUMMARY: On July 19, 2022, a NAFTA Binational Panel issued an Order pursuant to NAFTA Article 1904(8) and Rules 72, 73(5), and 77 of the *NAFTA Rules of Procedure for Article 1904 Binational Panel Reviews* in the matter of Ammonium Sulphate from the United States of America (Determination on Remand).

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Article 1904 of chapter 19 of NAFTA provides a dispute settlement mechanism involving trade remedy determinations issued by the Government of the United States, the Government of Canada, and the Government of Mexico. Following a Request for Panel Review, a Binational Panel is composed to provide judicial review of the trade remedy determination.
