SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA)that a teleconference meeting of the Utah Advisory Committee to the Commission will be held at 12 p.m. Mountain Time on Friday, April 23, 2021. The purpose of this planning meeting is to discuss scheduling a possible virtual panel presentation with Utah shareholders about their responses to the recently published Committee report titled, *Civil Rights and the Gender Wage Gap in Utah,* and other matters.
