Following the publication of the February 3, 2004-July 31, 2005 *Amended Final Results,* and the August 1, 2005-July 31, 2006 *Final Results,* Since Hardware filed lawsuits with the CIT challenging the Department's final results of both the February 3, 2004-July 31, 2005 and the August 1, 2005-July 31, 2006 administrative reviews. The United States and Since Hardware have entered into an agreement to settle the outstanding litigation. The Department intends to issue assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days after the date of publication of these amended final results of the reviews in the **Federal Register** . Cash Deposit Requirements Because Since Hardware has a superseding review, 5 these amended finals do not establish a revised cash deposit rate for Since Hardware. 5 *See Floor-Standing, Metal-Top Ironing Tables and Certain Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With Final Results and Notice of Amended Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2008-2009,* 80 FR 36507 (June 25, 2015) (2008-2009 Amended Final Results), assigning Since Hardware a rate of 83.83 percent. Notification to Importers This notice also serves as a final reminder to importers of their responsibility under 19 CFR 351.402(f) to file a certificate regarding the reimbursement of antidumping duties prior to liquidation of the relevant entries during this review period. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in the Secretary's presumption that reimbursement of antidumping duties occurred, and the subsequent assessment of double antidumping duties. We are issuing this determination and publishing these amended final results of antidumping duty administrative review pursuant to the Court's Judgment. Dated: December 29, 2016. Paul Piquado, Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance. [FR Doc. 2016-31994 Filed 1-4-17; 8:45 am]
