BILLING CODE 6717-01-P EXPORT-IMPORT BANK OF THE U.S. [Public Notice 2015-3002] Agency Information Collection Activities: Comment Request AGENCY: Export-Import Bank of the U.S. ACTION: Submission for OMB review and comments request. Form Title: EIB 11-08, Application for Global Credit Express Revolving Line of Credit. SUMMARY: The Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank), as a part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal Agencies to comment on the proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
The Application for Global Credit Express Revolving Line of Credit is used to determine the eligibility of the applicant and the transaction for Export-Import Bank assistance under its Working Capital Guarantee and Direct Loan Program. This form is used by small U.S. businesses with limited export experience. This program relies to a large extent on the exporter's qualifying score on the FICO (Fair Isaac Corporation) SBSS (Small Business Scoring Service). Therefore the financial and credit information needs are minimized.
