The NRC staff has developed draft RIS 2015-XX to clarify its position on compliance with section 50.47(b)(10) of Title 10 of the *Code of Federal Regulations.* Specifically, power reactor licensees need to have PARs for the members of the public on bodies of water within the plume exposure pathway EPZ during a general emergency. The draft RIS is available in ADAMS under Accession No. ML15022A610. Dated at Rockville, Maryland, this 19th day of May 2015. For the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
