SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to STIC-ADHESIVE Products Co., Inc. located at 3950 Medford Street, Los Angeles, CA 90063, a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive license throughout the Republic of Korea in all fields of use the Government-Owned inventions described in Patent Cooperation Treaty
