ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: The Rural Business-Cooperative Service announces that the funds available under the Intermediary Relending Program

(IRP)to provide direct loans to intermediaries that establish programs for the purpose of providing loans to ultimate recipients for business facilities and community developments in a rural area. Total funding available for fiscal year 2013 is $17,420,358.93 which includes $1,524,631.71 for Rural Economic Area Partnership

(REAP)Zone loans, $2,590,602.37 for Native American loans and $5,756,894.50 for Mississippi Delta Region Counties loans. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: A Notice of Solicitation of Applications for Inviting Intermediary Relending Program Applications was published on Monday, April 8, 2013 (78 FR 20883-6). Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act All applicants, in accordance with 2 CFR part 25, must have a DUNS number, which can be obtained at no cost via a toll-free request line at 1-866-705-5711 or online at *http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform.* Similarly, all applicants must be registered in the System for Award Management

(SAM)prior to submitting an application. Applicants may register for the SAM at *http://www.sam.gov.* All recipients of Federal financial assistance are required to report information about first-tier sub-awards and executive total compensation in accordance with 2 CFR part 170.
