(FY)2006; Correction. SUMMARY: On September 1, 2005, we published in the **Federal Register** (70 FR 52084) a notice inviting applications for new awards for FY 2006 for the Technology and Media Services for Individuals with Disabilities—Steppingstones of Technology Innovation for Children with Disabilities Competition. The notice contained an incorrect time period for an individual to have completed and graduated from a doctoral program.
