SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On July 15 and July 27, 2005, the National Science Foundation published notices in the **Federal Register** of permit applications received. Permits were issued on October 5, 2005 to: J. Allan Campbell (Permit No. 2006-017). George Steinmetz (Permit No. 2006-020). Nadene G. Kennedy, Permit Officer.
