§ 5311.23. MLTS signaling.
An MLTS shall support 911 calling by using any generally accepted industry standard signaling protocol designed to produce an automatic display of caller information on the video terminal of the PSAP call taker unless the MLTS operator is exempt due to an MLTS that was installed prior to February 16, 2020.
