10.097 Prohibition of identification of jurors by name in open proceedings.
(1)A juror may not be identified by name in any court proceeding open to the public.
(2)Notwithstanding subsection
(1)of this section, a court shall ensure that the names of jurors are available to the parties to a proceeding unless the court determines that there is good cause to order otherwise. [2021 c.295 §2]
