§85A-94. Incarcerated employees.

An employee who is incarcerated shall not be eligible to receive temporary total disability benefits under this title. Any medical benefits available to an incarcerated employee shall be limited by other provisions of this title in the same manner as for all injured employees. Added by Laws 2013, c. 208, § 94, eff. Feb. 1, 2014. Amended by Laws 2019, c. 476, § 35, emerg. eff. May 28, 2019.
