§85A-81. Commencing proceedings on unreasonable grounds.

If the court having jurisdiction over the claim or compensation judgment proceedings determines that the proceedings have been commenced or continued without reasonable grounds, the cost of the proceedings shall be assessed against the party who has commenced or continued the proceedings. Added by Laws 2013, c. 208, § 81, eff. Feb. 1, 2014.
