§85A-74. Rebuttable presumptions.

In any proceeding for the enforcement of a claim for compensation, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that:
1. The Commission has jurisdiction;
2. Sufficient notice was given; and
3. The injury was not occasioned by the willful intention of the injured employee to bring about the injury to himself or herself or another. Added by Laws 2013, c. 208, § 74, eff. Feb. 1, 2014.
