§85A-316. Payment of legal fees.

A. A party to an arbitration proceeding may be represented by a lawyer.
B. Each party shall be responsible for payment of his or her legal fees incurred during arbitration, except as provided for in Section 321 of this title.
C. The employee's attorney may not recover legal fees in excess of the limits described in Section 82 of this title. Added by Laws 2013, c. 208, § 137, eff. Feb. 1, 2014. Amended by Laws 2019, c. 476, § 49, emerg. eff. May 28, 2019.
