Guaranty Fund Board liability.
No member or personnel of the Workers' Compensation Commission, the Self-insurance Guaranty Fund Board, or administrative law judge shall be liable in a civil proceeding for any act performed in good faith in the performance of that person's powers or duties under this act. Added by Laws 2013, c. 208, § 104, eff. Feb. 1, 2014.
