The State Regents should allocate to the University of Oklahoma Medical Center, from appropriations made by the Legislature, funds as needed for special support in lieu of tuition for the School for the Deaf operated as a laboratory for the Speech and Hearing Clinic of the Medical Center; providing that no tuition shall be charged. Added by Laws 1971, p. 1034, S.J.R. No. 38, § 4, emerg. eff. June 17, 1971.
