A medical report from the treating physician must be furnished to the local school district board to substantiate that said injuries:
(1)were disabling,
(2)prevented the continuance of such person's employment and
(3)the period of said disability. If a dispute arises on said disability or activity, then either party aggrieved may file suit in district court. Added by Laws 1973, c. 229, § 2, emerg. eff. May 24, 1973.
