Any institution in The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education may award a scholarship that includes a waiver of nonresident tuition. Added by Laws 1987, c. 204, § 60, operative July 1, 1987. Amended by Laws 1989, c. 281, § 10, operative July 1, 1989.
