§70-3220. Increase in fees - Notice - Hearing.

The State Regents shall give public notice at least thirty
(30)days prior to the effective date of any increases in fees and tuition and shall hold a public hearing at least twenty
(20)days prior to the effective date of any increases in fees and tuition. Amended by Laws 1983, c. 257, § 3, emerg. eff. June 21, 1983; Laws 1987, c. 227, § 3, operative July 1, 1987.
