At such time as the present Oklahoma College for Women becomes the Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts, a Board of Regents of the Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts, composed of seven
(7)members, shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the State Senate and with the terms of members to be overlapping and for seven
(7)years' duration. Such Board shall be the successor to the Board of Regents of the Oklahoma College for Women with the same powers and duties of said Board as now provided by law. Laws 1965, p. 1194, S.J.R.No.16, § 3, emerg. eff. April 7, 1965.
