In all counties wherein photographic recording may be adopted, the following fees shall be charged the public by the receiving officer, to wit: For the first page of deeds, mortgages and
other instruments on billhead paper
(size 8 1/2 inches by 14 inches), per For each additional page of same size, per For recording contrasts or colors other
than black, white, green or red, For furnishing photographic copies of
typewritten script or printed For furnishing photographic copies of For each entry exceeding one on index, For recording town plat for the first 119
square inches or fractional part For certifying to each photographic copy, Added by Laws 1923, c. 50, p. 88, § 4, emerg. eff. April 9, 1923.
