All records and archives of any state officer or of any department, board, commission, agency or institution, shall upon the termination of the functions of that office, department, board, commission, or institution, be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of this act. Added by Laws 1947, p. 617, § 6, emerg. eff. May 22, 1947. Renumbered from Title 74, § 569 by Laws 1989, c. 367, § 14, eff. Nov. 1, 1989.
