The Railroad Division of the Department of Transportation is authorized to act as trustee for the purchasers of real property under the provisions of this act and, in such capacity, receive funds for such purpose from prospective purchasers, disburse such funds for such purpose, accept and make proper transfer of title and perform such further actions as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. No state funds shall be used for such purchase. Laws 1981, c. 241, § 2, emerg. eff. June 23, 1981.
