§66-307. Reports.

The Department shall make and submit to the Governor, on or before December 31 of each year, a full report showing anticipated projects, projects under construction and projects in operation, the financial condition of the Department and such other information as the Governor shall require. Laws 1971, c. 348, § 7, emerg. eff. June 19, 1971; Laws 1978, c. 164, § 5, emerg. eff. April 10, 1978.
